Xinlu Ships 50-Micron Precision Filter Elements to Russia, Breaking Ultra-High Pressure Water Treatm
[Anping, Hebei, January 2026] Anping Xinlu Wire Mesh Products Co., Ltd. recently delivered 30 high-precision metal gap filter elements to Russia, achieving 50-micron (0.05mm) filtration accuracy at 6.3MPa working pressure—marking Chinese precision wedge wire screen technology's recognition in international high-end markets.
Manufactured from AISI 321 austenitic stainless steel to Russian УПМВТ series standards, these elements operate stably from +2°C to +30°C. With 65mm OD, 254mm length, and flange connections, they are specifically engineered for high-pressure water treatment system assembly filter rods.
The technical breakthrough lies in 50-micron gap precision—half a human hair's diameter. Xinlu employs CNC precision winding with laser welding, controlling gap tolerance within ±0.003mm at 99.5%+ pass rates. Triangular-profile wedge wire (1×2mm) wound on 2×3mm support rods creates smooth V-shaped filtration surfaces. Combined with backwash functionality, they deliver stable long-term operation at 500 liters/hour rated flow.
